Clear expectations for using AYUSMIVO.
These terms explain the service, your responsibilities and the limits of document-based information.
What the service provides
AYUSMIVO helps you organise, find, review, download and share personal and family health records. It also provides tools for vaccination records, insurance documents and optional reminders.
Your account and permissions
Provide accurate account information and keep your password private. Upload only documents you own or are authorised to manage. Get permission before managing another adult’s records. A parent or lawful guardian must manage a child’s records.
Review automatic suggestions
Text extraction, suggested details, test tables and reminders may contain errors or omissions. Review them against the original document before saving or relying on them. Comparison views show recorded values; they do not decide whether a result is medically normal or abnormal.
Medical and emergency care
AYUSMIVO and Ayu do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend doses or replace a healthcare professional. Reminders do not replace a clinician’s schedule or an insurer’s instructions. For an emergency, contact local emergency services rather than waiting for a response here.
Sharing and downloaded copies
You choose the records and recipients when sharing. Keep the link and PIN private, send the PIN separately and revoke unneeded links. We cannot remove copies a recipient has already downloaded or printed. Keep your own backup of important records.
Acceptable use
Do not access someone else’s account without permission, upload harmful or unlawful content, misrepresent another person, or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted where needed to investigate misuse, protect users or meet legal requirements.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of documents supplied by users. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
