Understand how your information is used.

Information you provide

We use your name, email address and a password hash to create and protect your account. You may add family profiles, health documents, extracted text, corrections, vaccination records, insurance details and support requests.

Profile photos and Aadhaar copies are optional. Aadhaar is not required to register. Prefer Masked Aadhaar if you choose to upload a copy. An upload or AYUSMIVO account ID does not verify a person’s identity.

Why we use this information

• To provide sign-in, email verification and password recovery.
• To store, organise, search, display and export the records you add.
• To create the doctor-sharing links you request and send reminders you enable.
• To respond to support requests, record important account actions and prevent misuse.

Document processing and Ayu

Document text recognition runs on our application server. It can misread names, dates, handwriting, units and numbers. You can review and correct its suggestions. Extracted information is not a medical assessment.

Ayu provides help with using the website. An external AI service may be used when enabled. In that mode, your question is sent to the provider; selected profile details and recent record summaries may also be sent if private AI is enabled. Original files are not attached to these requests. Do not put Aadhaar numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in chat.

Who can access your records

Your workspace uses account-based access checks. Your records are not published as public pages. Authorised staff may access information needed to operate, secure or support the service. The admin dashboard does not display medical files or identity documents.

When you create a doctor-share link, anyone with both the link and PIN can access the selected information until access expires or is revoked. Recipients can download reports. Later profile edits do not update a summary already shared. Revoking access does not delete a recipient’s saved copies.

Aadhaar copies, profile photos, insurance documents and structured guardian contact fields are excluded from doctor-share links.

Services that help run AYUSMIVO

Railway provides application hosting, database and file-storage infrastructure. Resend handles verification, recovery and enabled reminder emails. Google Analytics is optional on public information pages. OpenAI may provide Ayu responses when that integration is enabled.

These providers may process information outside India. We share information needed to deliver the relevant feature, not your medical records for advertising. Health or identity documents are not attached to reminder emails.

Cookies, language and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in and support PIN-protected sharing. Your browser can remember your language and analytics choice. Optional Google Analytics is used on public information pages, not as a tracker inside your private workspace.

Choose “Essential only” to decline optional analytics. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Advertising and ad-personalisation features are disabled. Do not include personal or medical information in public page URLs.

Security and your own copies

We use password hashes, private file storage, account access checks and security logs. Aadhaar files have additional encryption and require password confirmation to access. No online service can promise zero risk. Keep your password, share PINs and downloaded records private.

Corrections, deletion and retention

You can edit profile and record details, correct extracted text, download records, revoke share links and remove documents using the workspace. For account deletion or other privacy requests, use Help & support or contact us below. We may need to confirm that the request is yours.

Information is kept while needed to provide the service and meet security or legal obligations. Deleting an item does not necessarily remove backup or log copies immediately. Some stored files are removed through a deletion queue. Ask us if you need the status or scope of a deletion request.

Deleting a vaccination booklet removes its extraction review. Vaccination entries already imported into the tracker remain until you remove them separately.

Family and child records

Add another adult’s information only with their permission. Add a child’s information as their parent or lawful guardian. Check the selected profile and the information being shared each time.
