Select documents connected to the current concern and include older records only when they add useful history. A focused set is often easier to review than an unsorted archive.
Prepare a factual summary
Write down dates, current medicines as prescribed, known allergies and the questions you want to ask. Do not change a dose or interpret a report without a qualified clinician.

Protect privacy while sharing
Confirm the recipient before sharing. In AYUSMIVO, select the reports and create an expiring link with a PIN. Send the PIN separately and revoke the link when it is no longer needed. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
