Treat every document as private
A report can contain identity, contact and health information. Use a trusted device, keep your password private and sign out after using a shared computer.
Check recipients and copies
Confirm who will receive your records. Send the PIN separately and revoke unneeded links. Store downloaded files and ZIP exports privately. Revoking a link does not delete copies already sent or downloaded.
Analytics is your choice
Analytics on public pages is optional. You can decline it and still use the website. Change your choice through Analytics preferences in the footer. Private workspaces and medical records are not used for analytics. Read Privacy & Security for the full notice.
